More understanding during the 30 days till 09-16-12

I will start with an article I found online on Isaac on 09-11-12:

As Isaac Swept Ashore, Miss. River Flowed Backwards

People brave the rain and strong winds for a walk along the banks of the Mississippi River in New Orleans early in the day on August 28, 2012 in Louisiana, where Hurricane Isaac made landfall. Starting in the late afternoon, the river reversed course and began flowing away from the Gulf of Mexico.

Most of the time, rivers large and small are as consistent as the tides, flowing from their headwaters to their mouths, where they empty into oceans, lakes, seas and valleys. For nearly 24 hours during Hurricane Isaac, however, exactly the opposite happened in the mighty Mississippi River.

The category 1 storm's intense winds and storm surge, which came ashore near New Orleans on Aug. 28, pushed salt water from the Gulf of Mexico up the fresh water river as far north as Baton Rouge, more than 200 miles from the mouth of the Mississippi, surging the river there more than 8 feet over its previous height.

During the night in Belle Chase, La., just south of New Orleans, the U.S. Geological Survey’s stream gauge measured the river flowing backwards at 182,000 cubic feet per second. Normally, the river flows at about 125,000 cubic feet per second toward the Gulf of Mexico.

“One of the unique things about Isaac was that, unlike most storms that tend to blow on through, Isaac ended up hanging around for a while,” said USGS Public Affairs Officer Alex Demas. “Because it hung around for a while, the storm surge built up enough momentum that it was able to push the river back up its channel.”

The Mississippi last flowed backward during 2005’s devastating Hurricane Katrina, when it crested at 13 feet above its previous level. At its highest point during Isaac, the river crested at 12.4 feet above its previous level.

“We saw an impact as far as 300 miles upstream from the mouth,” from Isaac’s surge up the river, said Greg Arcement, the director of the USGS Louisiana Water Science Center in Baton Rouge. “It had actually quite an impact when you think about it.”

What had officials concerned wasn’t just the impacts from storm surge, however. By the time Isaac arrived, severe drought throughout the Midwest had left the Mississippi several feet below its normal levels, which meant that salt water moving upstream from the ocean might easily overpower the depleted fresh water in the river.

Keeping Salt Water from Moving Up

Salt water is heavier than fresh water. When surging salt water meets fresh water that’s been laid low by a months-long drought, the salt water can travel upstream to places it normally doesn’t, explains Suzanne Van Cooten, Ph.D., a hydrologist with the National Weather Service’s Lower Mississippi River Forecast Center.

“It’s very similar to how a cold front and a warm front work,” she said. “It basically works like a wedge -- as the column of fresh water gets shallower because we’re in low flow, it has less weight. So the salt water is able to push underneath the fresh water and just move on up, because it doesn’t have as much weight to displace.”

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Denser salt water flows upstream along the bottom of the Mississippi River, underneath the less dense fresh river water.

That creates what the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers calls a “salt water wedge.” If it moves up far enough along the Mississippi, the wedge can threaten cities and towns that rely on the river for their drinking water as well as industrial water supplies.

To prevent that, the Corps periodically builds a saltwater barrier sill, a kind of underwater levee, made from earth along the banks of the river and sandbars exposed by the drought. The sill stops the toe of the wedge from moving forward.

“It’s basically a speed bump at the bottom of the river, to prevent the salt water from moving upstream,” explains Dave Ramirez, the lead hydraulic engineer with the Corps’ New Orleans District.

The Corps builds these sills about every 7 to 8 years, and they work well in normal conditions. Fears rose sharply that Isaac would destroy this one when the storm approached, however.

“The toe of the wedge was about up to river mile 89 [before the storm], which is about the limit of where we want to see it,” said Ramirez, explaining that the wedge was about 89 miles up the river from the mouth of the Mississippi. “We didn’t really know if the sill would hold, because we’ve never had a salt water wedge during a hurricane.”

Thankfully, Isaac left the sill undisturbed. After the storm passed, Ramirez and his team inspected the salt water wedge and determined that it had actually regressed 20 miles back downstream, where he said it was expected to remain for the next few weeks.

The 300 miles inward flow of the salt water:

Saltwater is used to purify things that are sick, un-pure, and polluted. The mouth of the Mississippi represents as we said, the spiritual mouth of the church, the revelatory voice that is currently flowing that is filled with mixture and pollution from the world. So God brought Isaac to cleanse the flow of truth that is currently operating in the church, to bring true life and health back to the church. But this purging process would be likened to salt and it would hurt as it also heals.

The 300 represents the testing of the army in Judges 6,  where God whittled it all down till he had 300 left who drank of the waters correctly, and those that did, were chosen to now fight the battles ahead. So it will be today, the Lord has sifted and tested, and now is whittling down the army of the church, and the flow of truth till it is pure, and only those who drink right will be selected to fight.

09-12-12 I heard the Lord singing these words:

Come into My House,
Come into My House,
Come into My House-
To stay

Why do you wander?
Why do you only play?
Come into My House,
To stay

09-13-12, the Lord began to speak to me again:

Answer the call
Answer the call
Answer the call
My Fire is about to fall

Answer My Call
Forsake it all
Get on My Prayer Wall
My Fire is about to fall

09-14-12, after I laid down to rest, I heard the Lord speak more:

Turn around, turn around
Seek Me while I may be found
Set your feet on Holy ground
Hear the Trumpets sound

My Hands shall confound
My Hands shall astound
My Hands beat and pound
My People are no longer bound

Let go of earth's desires
Climb up to Me higher
Sell all worldly attires
Do the things I require

Forsake the deadly mire
Follow not the liar
Great events now transpire
Men pass under My wire

Calling, Calling
The proud are falling
Turning, Turning
Be not cold, but burning

Wheels set in motion
The earth in commotion
Churning of the ocean
Mine are in Goshen

I left the room to go to bed for the night, and then I heard:
Glasses, glasses
My angel now passes
Who can see My stashes
Not the masses

"Isaac: Harbinger of Change"

8/27/2012

"I found myself talking to three men who were discussing with me about things to come.  One of them said:  "The Hurricane will bring with it much change that will impact the Republican Party.  It also represents the arrival of the manifestation of the sons of God.  Even as Isaac was the son of promise, promised by the Almighty to Abraham, so likewise this hurricane represents the arrival of the manifestation of the sons of God.  Many disasters will impact the nation; many dead Christians will die.  He said this three times, reinforcing it more each time."  I was awakened and wrote it down before I forgot what I had heard.

Interpretation:

The arrival of Tropical Storm/Hurricane Isaac will usher in the great blessing of the manifestation of the sons of God on this nation and in the whole world.  Many will die as a result of the cataclysmic events about to take place on this nation and the whole world.  The East Coast, West Coast and New Madrid Region and Midwest will suffer much destruction and many will die.  The dead, backslidden, worldly Christians will die along with the wicked during this time, but the Lord shall preserve His saints, those who are His.  Also with the coming of Tropical Storm Isaac, surprising changes will take place at the Republican Party.  I was not shown what the changes would be, only that it would happen.

Finally, Tropical Storm/Hurricane Isaac represents the birth of Spiritual Isaac, the promised one, the manifestation of the sons of God spoken of by the Apostle Paul.  With the arrival of Spiritual Isaac, will also come the persecution of Isaac by Ishmael.  The persecution of Isaac by Ishmael will begin on this nation and intensify in the whole world in the following years.  I strongly encourage all who read this to make their calling and election sure.  I call upon all worldly, backslidden believers to repent and return to the Father now.  Time is getting short and the sand is almost gone from the hourglass.  The only safe place is in Him.

Romans 8:19-23 “For the earnest expectation of the creation waits for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creation was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who has subjected the same in hope, Because the creation itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, that is, the redemption of our body.”

Genesis 21:1-3 “And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken. For Sarah conceived, and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him. And Abraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bore to him, Isaac.”

Galatians 4:22-31 “For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a free woman. But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the free woman was by promise. Which things is an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from Mount Sinai, which brings forth to bondage, which is Hagar. For this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and answers to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children. But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.”
For it is written, Rejoice, you barren that bear not; break forth and cry, you that travail not: for the desolate has many more children than she who has a husband. Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise. But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now. Nevertheless what says the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the free woman. So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.”

1 Samuel 2:9-10 “He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail. The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder upon them: the LORD shall judge the ends of the earth; and he shall give strength unto his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed.”

Jude 1:3-7 “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was necessary for me to write unto you, and exhort you that you should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into licentiousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

I will therefore put you in remembrance, though you once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. And the angels who kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after unnatural lust, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.”

Jude 1:11-16 “Woe unto them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the rebellion of Korah. These are spots in your love feasts, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about by winds; trees whose fruit withers, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.

And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convict all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaks great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration for the sake of advantage.”

What is interesting to me is that our brother had his visitation from the 3 messengers on 08-27-12, and I had the visitation of the 3 messengers on 08-29-12. Both of our visitations are similar in context and themes.....

Now I will re-post of previous release of what the Lord said to us regarding Isaac:

08-29-12 The Three Heavenly Visitors Vision

It has been a particularly hard week this week, and we are 13 days into the 30 days that the Lord called us to spend with Him before the new year of 5773. I had been really tired and was fighting a lot of warfare pressures and enemy interferences all week. On Wednesday, I was sitting in my living room, when I saw three angels coming into the living room. They stood to my left by the door area. I noticed them because they were in the form of red triangular lights. 3 red triangles of light. I thought to myself, "they are coming in a different manner this time."

Red: The Blood of Jesus Christ; The Covenant        Triangle: The Trinity; Godhead

Today was an important day for the Lord to come in this way and move in our midst in this manner. The Father has begun something today of significant importance.

The first thought I had was that it had to do with Abraham and the 3 men that visited him. (The Lord and 2 angels):

Genesis 18    - The Three Visitors
1 NOW THE Lord appeared to Abraham by the oaks or terebinths of Mamre; as he sat at the door of his tent in the heat of the day, 2 He lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, three men stood at a little distance from him. He ran from the tent door to meet them and bowed himself to the ground 3 And said, My lord, if now I have found favor in your sight, do not pass by your servant, I beg of you. 4 Let a little water be brought, and you may wash your feet and recline and rest yourselves under the tree. 5 And I will bring a morsel (mouthful) of bread to refresh and sustain your hearts before you go on further--for that is why you have come to your servant. And they replied, Do as you have said. 6 So Abraham hastened into the tent to Sarah and said, Quickly get ready three measures of fine meal, knead it, and bake cakes. 7 And Abraham ran to the herd and brought a calf tender and good and gave it to the young man [to butcher]; then he [Abraham] hastened to prepare it. 8 And he took curds and milk and the calf which he had made ready, and set it before [the men]; and he stood by them under the tree while they ate. 9 And they said to him, Where is Sarah your wife? And he said, [She is here] in the tent. 10 [The Lord] said, I will surely return to you when the season comes round, and behold, Sarah your wife will have a son. And Sarah was listening and heard it at the tent door which was behind Him. 11 Now Abraham and Sarah were old, well advanced in years; it had ceased to be with Sarah as with [young] women. [She was past the age of childbearing]. 12 Therefore Sarah laughed to herself, saying, After I have become aged shall I have pleasure and delight, my lord (husband), being old also? 13And the Lord asked Abraham, Why did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I really bear a child when I am so old? 14 Is anything too hard or too wonderful for the Lord? At the appointed time, when the season [for her delivery] comes around, I will return to you and Sarah shall have borne a son. 15 Then Sarah denied it, saying, I did not laugh; for she was afraid. And He said, No, but you did laugh. 16 The men rose up from there and faced toward Sodom, and Abraham went with them to bring them on the way. 17 And the Lord said, Shall I hide from Abraham [My friend and servant] what I am going to do,  18 Since Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed through him and shall bless themselves by him? 19 For I have known (chosen, acknowledged) him [as My own], so that he may teach and command his children and the sons of his house after him to keep the way of the Lord and to do what is just and righteous, so that the Lord may bring Abraham what He has promised him. 20 And the Lord said, Because the shriek [of the sins] of Sodom and Gomorrah is great and their sin is exceedingly grievous, 21 I will go down now and see whether they have done altogether [as vilely and wickedly] as is the cry of it which has come to Me; and if not, I will know. 22 Now the [two] men turned from there and went toward Sodom, but Abraham still stood before the Lord. 23And Abraham came close and said, Will You destroy the righteous (those upright and in right standing with God) together with the wicked? 24 Suppose there are in the city fifty righteous; will You destroy the place and not spare it for [the sake of ] the fifty righteous in it? 25 Far be it from You to do such a thing--to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous fare as do the wicked! Far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth execute judgment and do righteously? 26And the Lord said, If I find in the city of Sodom fifty righteous (upright and in right standing with God), I will spare the whole place for their sake. 27 Abraham answered, Behold now, I who am but dust and ashes have taken upon myself to speak to the Lord. 28 If five of the fifty righteous should be lacking--will You destroy the whole city for lack of five? He said, If I find forty-five, I will not destroy it. 29 And [Abraham] spoke to Him yet again, and said, Suppose [only] forty shall be found there. And He said, I will not do it for forty's sake. 30 Then [Abraham] said to Him, Oh, let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak [again]. Suppose [only] thirty shall be found there. And He answered, I will not do it if I find thirty there. 31 And [Abraham] said, Behold now, I have taken upon myself to speak [again] to the Lord. Suppose [only] twenty shall be found there. And [the Lord] replied, I will not destroy it for twenty's sake. 32 And he said, Oh, let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak again only this once. Suppose ten [righteous people] shall be found there. And [the Lord] said, I will not destroy it for ten's sake. 33 And the Lord went His way when He had finished speaking with Abraham, and Abraham returned to his place.

The significant thing in the visitation is that they came for 2 purposes.

1. To bless Abraham and Sarah in an appointed time for them, and to announce His purposes to them for their generation
2. To come with Justice and Judgment on the things that were due for correction and destruction by the Lord's hand.

Isaac: Laughter         Hurricane Isaac:

By Manuel Roig-Franzia and Brady Dennis, Published: August 29    (excerpts below)

NEW ORLEANS — Isaac, a vast storm that tore through southeastern Louisiana on the seventh anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, weakened from a hurricane to a tropical storm after pushing floodwaters over a levee in marshy Plaquemines Parish and forcing the dramatic rescue of dozens of stranded residents. Isaac, which made landfall Tuesday, the 28th, near the mouth of the Mississippi, moved sluggishly Wednesday on a wobbly northwestern route, at times becoming almost stationary and dumping large amounts of rain in isolated areas before moving on. It was progressing so slowly that Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, who skipped the Republican National Convention in Tampa to oversee the state’s response, said the storm could remain in the state as long as Friday morning, and utility officials were warning that it could take days to restore power. The storm is forecast to continue to weaken as it moves through Louisiana and enters Arkansas and the Midwest, where it is expected to provide some relief for drought-hit fields. Isaac, which had maximum sustained winds of about 80 mph, knocked out power to more than 600,000 homes and businesses across the state, shredded roofs in St. Bernard Parish — one of the hardest-hit areas during Katrina — and toppled trees and a smattering of streetlights in New Orleans. But Isaac appeared likely to spare New Orleans from the devastation wrought by the much more powerful Katrina. Isaac’s Category 1 winds pushed a 12-foot surge of water over a small, locally maintained levee that was partially under construction, parish officials said. As many as 800 homes in the parish may have been damaged, according to a preliminary estimate announced by Jindal.

1. The Lord came to announce the beginning of something to Abraham and Sara.
2. The impact point area of Hurricane Isaac was near the mouth of the Mississippi River.

The whole visitation was about divine communications being released to us right now.

Isaac was a category 1. In God's venue, a 1 is very important.
Number 1 on His list for us, so to speak. It was a warning, and an announcement of blessing, in one event.

God moves prophetically in the earth in 7 year cycles. 7 is the number of the 7 Spirits of God; the manifestation of the 7-fold Holy Spirit, whose eyes are continually searching out and trying the hearts of men.

Zechariah 3:8 Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, you and your colleagues who [usually] sit before you--for they are men who are a sign or omen [types of what is to come]--for behold, I will bring forth My servant the Branch. 9 For behold, upon the stone which I have set before Joshua, upon that one stone are seven eyes or facets [the all-embracing providence of God and the sevenfold radiations of the Spirit of God]. Behold, I will carve upon it its inscription, says the Lord of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity and guilt of this land in a single day.

Let's look at the significance of Isaac:

Genesis 21:1 THE LORD visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for her as He had promised. 2 For Sarah became pregnant and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time God had told him. 3 Abraham named his son whom Sarah bore to him Isaac [laughter]. 4 And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac when he was eight days old, as God had commanded him. 5 Abraham was a hundred years old when Isaac was born. 6 And Sarah said, God has made me to laugh; all who hear will laugh with me. 7 And she said, Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse children at the breast? For I have borne him a son in his old age!

Those who have labored faithfully without seeing any sign of prophetic promise and/or fulfillments, will now come full circle with their sudden conceptions and supernatural ability given to them to bring forth a timely delivery in their due seasons.

Luke 12:42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful steward, the wise man whom his master will set over those in his household service to supply them their allowance of food at the appointed time?

Note: The destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah came before the time of Sara's conception and delivery.

The Lord is bringing Justice, Correction, and Destruction and the Sudden, Miraculous births & Releases at the same time. The watchfulness of Abraham at the door of his tent is what enabled him to see the Lord's approach. The watchfulness of those who have been faithfully in prayer and serving the Lord in their courses, is what has now also brought them into their divine encounters with their destinies.

Genesis 18:1 NOW THE Lord appeared to Abraham by the oaks or terebinths of Mamre; as he sat at the door of his tent in the heat of the day, 2 He lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, three men stood at a little distance from him. He ran from the tent door to meet them and bowed himself to the ground.

Genesis 18:9 And they said to him, Where is Sarah your wife? And he said, [She is here] in the tent. 10 [The Lord] said, I will surely return to you when the season comes round, and behold, Sarah your wife will have a son. And Sarah was listening and heard it at the tent door which was behind Him. 11 Now Abraham and Sarah were old, well advanced in years; it had ceased to be with Sarah as with [young] women. [She was past the age of childbearing]. 12Therefore Sarah laughed to herself, saying, After I have become aged shall I have pleasure and delight, my lord (husband), being old also?

Ø      1 Peter 3:6 It was thus that Sarah obeyed Abraham [following his guidance and acknowledging his headship over her by] calling him lord (master, leader, authority). And you are now her true daughters if you do right and let nothing terrify you [not giving way to hysterical fears or letting anxieties unnerve you].

The Appointed Time; A Set Time; A Time of Prophetic Fulfillment:

Ecclesiastes 3:17 I said in my heart, God will judge the righteous and the wicked, for there is a time [appointed] for every matter and purpose and for every work.

Jeremiah 8:6 I have listened and heard, but they have not spoken aright; no man repents of his wickedness, saying, What have I done? Everyone turns to his [individual] course, as the horse rushes like a torrent into battle. 7 [Even the migratory birds are punctual to their seasons.] Yes, the stork [excelling in the great height of her flight] in the heavens knows her appointed times [of migration], and the turtledove, the swallow, and the crane observe the time of their return. But My people do not know the law of the Lord [which the lower animals instinctively recognize in so far as it applies to them]. 8 How can you say, We are wise, and we have the written law of the Lord [and are learned in its language and teachings]? Behold, the truth is, the lying pen of the scribes has made of the law a falsehood (a mere code of ceremonial observances).

Habbakuk 2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time and it hastens to the end [fulfillment]; it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry, wait [earnestly] for it, because it will surely come; it will not be behindhand on its appointed day.

Acts 1:7 He said to them, It is not for you to become acquainted with and know what time brings [the things and events of time and their definite periods] or fixed years and seasons (their critical niche in time), which the Father has appointed (fixed and reserved) by His own choice and authority and personal power. 8 But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth.

Hebrews 1:1 IN MANY separate revelations [each of which set forth a portion of the Truth] and in different ways God spoke of old to [our] forefathers in and by the prophets, 2 [But] in the last of these days He has spoken to us in [the person of a] Son, Whom He appointed Heir and lawful Owner of all things, also by and through Whom He created the worlds and the reaches of space and the ages of time [He made, produced, built, operated, and arranged them in order]. 3 He is the sole expression of the glory of God [the Light-being, the out-raying or radiance of the divine], and He is the perfect imprint and very image of [God's] nature, upholding and maintaining and guiding and propelling the universe by His mighty word of power. When He had by offering Himself accomplished our cleansing of sins and riddance of guilt, He sat down at the right hand of the divine Majesty on high,

The Season of Waiting, Testing, and Perfecting of the Faith of those who are called to Inherit the Promises:

The Big Three: FEAR - DOUBT - UNBELIEF

1. Sifting out of those who are fearful, unbelieving, and rebellious from the Camp of the Lord.

Daniel 11:35 And some of those who are wise, prudent, and understanding shall be weakened and fall, [thus, then, the insincere among the people will lose courage and become deserters. It will be a test] to refine, to purify, and to make those among [God's people] white, even to the time of the end, because it is yet for the time [God] appointed.

Judges 7: 1 THEN JERUBBAAL, that is, Gideon, and all the people who were with him rose early and encamped beside the spring of Harod; and the camp of Midian was north of them by the hill of Moreh in the valley. 2 The Lord said to Gideon, The people who are with you are too many for Me to give the Midianites into their hands, lest Israel boast about themselves against Me, saying, My own hand has delivered me. 3 So now proclaim in the ears of the men, saying, Whoever is fearful and trembling, let him turn back and depart from Mount Gilead. And 22,000 of the men returned, but 10,000 remained. 4 And the Lord said to Gideon, The men are still too many; bring them down to the water, and I will test them for you there. And he of whom I say to you, This man shall go with you, shall go with you; and he of whom I say to you, This man shall not go with you, shall not go. 5 So he brought the men down to the water, and the Lord said to Gideon, Everyone who laps up the water with his tongue as a dog laps it, you shall set by himself, likewise everyone who bows down on his knees to drink. 6 And the number of those who lapped, putting their hand to their mouth, was 300 men, but all the rest of the people bowed down upon their knees to drink water. 7 And the Lord said to Gideon, With the 300 men who lapped I will deliver you, and give the Midianites into your hand. Let all the others return every man to his home. 8 So the people took provisions and their trumpets in their hands, and he sent all the rest of Israel every man to his home and retained those 300 men. And the host of Midian was below him in the valley. 9 That same night the Lord said to Gideon, Arise, go down against their camp, for I have given it into your hand.

2. The purging of the flesh, soul, and spirit's of God's People to bring forth righteousness.

Mark 1:15 And saying, The [appointed period of] time is fulfilled (completed), and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent ( have a change of mind which issues in regret for past sins and in change of conduct for the better) and believe (trust in, rely on, and adhere to) the good news (the Gospel).

Luke 1:20 Now behold, you will be and will continue to be silent and not able to speak till the day when these things take place, because you have not believed what I told you; but my words are of a kind which will be fulfilled in the appointed and proper time.

Galatians 6:9 And let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap, if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint.

3. The Reward of the Lord given to those who have faithfully served, persevered, and kept the faith.

Luke 12:42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful steward, the wise man whom his master will set over those in his household service to supply them their allowance of food at the appointed time?

2 Samuel 7:10 And I will appoint a place for My people Israel and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their own and be moved no more. And wicked men shall afflict them no more, as formerly 11 And as from the time that I appointed judges over My people Israel; and I will cause you to rest from all your enemies. Also the Lord declares to you that He will make for you a house: 12 And when your days are fulfilled and you sleep with your fathers, I will set up after you your offspring who shall be born to you, and I will establish his kingdom.

4. The Judgment of the wicked, rebellious, disobedient, and unbelievers:

Numbers 9:13 But the man who is clean and is not on a journey, yet does not keep the Passover, that person shall be cut off from among his people because he did not bring the Lord's offering at its appointed time; that man shall bear [the penalty of] his sin.

1 Samuel 13:7 Some Hebrews had gone over the Jordan to the land of Gad and Gilead. As for Saul, he was still in Gilgal, and all the people followed him trembling. 8 Saul waited seven days, according to the set time Samuel had appointed. But Samuel had not come to Gilgal, and the people were scattering from Saul. 9 So Saul said, Bring me the burnt offering and the peace offerings. And he offered the burnt offering [which he was forbidden to do]. 10 And just as he finished offering the burnt offering, behold, Samuel came! Saul went out to meet and greet him. 11 Samuel said, What have you done? Saul said, Because I saw that the people were scattering from me, and that you did not come within the days appointed, and that the Philistines were assembled at Michmash, 12 I thought, The Philistines will come down now upon me to Gilgal, and I have not made supplication to the Lord. So I forced myself to offer a burnt offering. 13 And Samuel said to Saul, You have done foolishly! You have not kept the commandment of the Lord your God which He commanded you; for the Lord would have established your kingdom over Israel forever; 14 But now your kingdom shall not continue; the Lord has sought out [David] a man after His own heart, and the Lord has commanded him to be prince and ruler over His people, because you have not kept what the Lord commanded you.

Jeremiah 46:17 They cried there, Pharaoh king of Egypt is destroyed and is only a noise; he has let the appointed time [in which God had him on probation] pass by!

Daniel 11:27 And as for both of these kings, their hearts and minds shall be set on doing mischief; they shall speak lies over the same table, but it will not succeed, for the end is yet to be at the time appointed.

I looked up red triangles on Wikipedia, and it had an interesting article on various meanings of them. One I found was in the form of badges, or identifying markers. They signified being part of the Army: good or bad.

Member of the armed forces: red triangle, an enemy POW or a deserter.
Uninverted red triangle, used by Nazis to tag members of the armed forces

* THE ARMY OF THE LORD RISES IN 2013:

 Isaiah 40:3-5; Luke 3:6; Isaiah 52:10; Psalms 98:2,3:

The Lord is using this symbolism to also show us all that we must be those that fully believe in Him, in His Word, in His Plan and Timing for us, and that we are faithful to stand firm and to continue fight the good fight of faith till all things are brought into their prophetic fulfillments. This is a time to stand still and see the Salvation of God!

Philippians 1:27 Only be sure as citizens so to conduct yourselves [that] your manner of life [will be] worthy of the good news (the Gospel) of Christ, so that whether I [do] come and see you or am absent, I may hear this of you: that you are standing firm in united spirit and purpose, striving side by side and contending with a single mind for the faith of the glad tidings (the Gospel).

Jude 1:3 Beloved, my whole concern was to write to you in regard to our common salvation. [But] I found it necessary and was impelled to write you and urgently appeal to and exhort [you] to contend for the faith which was once for all handed down to the saints [the faith which is that sum of Christian belief which was delivered verbally to the holy people of God].

Psalms 113:1 PRAISE THE Lord! (Hallelujah!) Praise, O servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord!  2 Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and forever 3 From the rising of the sun to the going down of it and from east to west, the name of the Lord is to be praised! 4 The Lord is high above all nations, and His glory above the heavens!  5 Who is like the Lord our God, Who has His seat on high, 6 Who humbles Himself to regard the heavens and the earth! 7 [The Lord] raises the poor out of the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap and the dung hill,  8 That He may seat them with princes, even with the princes of His people.  9 He makes the barren woman to be a homemaker and a joyful mother of [spiritual] children. Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!)

Aimee's Semple Macpherson's Vision of the End Time Clock:

A Prophetic Picture of where the Church is in God's Restoration Process:

Tree 1- Caterpillar            1993: Floods -  Mississippi flows backwards       Ankle level
Tree 2- Cankerworm        2005: Katrina - Mississippi flows backwards       Knees level
Tree 3- Locust                  2012: Isaac     - Mississippi flows backwards       Loins level
Tree 4- Palmerworm         ?                        Mississippi flows backwards       Swimming level

Bob Jones prophesied on 01-01-1993:

At the time Bob received the 3 rivers vision, he was also told about the floods that were going to come to the Mississippi River area, which eventually did come. He was even told that it would look like another great lakes. Even the weather forecasters used that exact phrase and said, "it appeared as though we had another great lake in that area." He was given Isaiah 54:2 and Isaiah 24 in connection with these as well. He even indicated the Mississippi River would go 35 miles wide, which it actually did, during the flood of 1993.

The original prophecy:

In early 1983, Bob referred again to his White Horse Vision. He explained that the white horse that he had seen in a stream of water about 4 inches deep. (The white horse always appeared to symbolize the corporate work of God in Bob's vision.) Bob had seen this stream turn into a flood. The angel said that is the strategy, the sign will be the Mississippi.

The Lord told Bob that when the Mississippi flowed backwards, it was a sign of the timing of the outpouring for America.

The 1993 flood, was a picture of the outpouring of the Spirit in America, which no banks could contain, which also means that no man will contain or control this when it comes.

Amen!
