Dear Patrick & Susan,
We have fantastic news for you. Today, May 16th, Susie had an appointment with the gastroenterologist who first diagnosed liver cancer in Susie in June of 2008.
The doctor gave us the results of the ultra sound which Susie had prior to the colonoscopy in Aprils 2012. She said the ultra sound, which was “read” by an MD radiologists reads: THE LIVER IS NORMAL IN SIZE AND COLOR with no sign of cancer. The doctor said excitedly, “You don’t have any cancer. You are healed.”
The gastroenterologist said she has performed many liver transplants for over 10 years and has never seen a patient recover from this stage of liver cancer. She said Susie could not have been operated on because of where the cancers were located in both lobes of the liver. She was not a candidate for a liver transplant either because of the severity of the diagnosis. The doctor said at the time of diagnosis that Susie had only a few months to live and would not have been able to wait for a donor.
The doctor is a Christian and she said, “This is a miracle from Jesus, and you are the only patient I have ever seen recover from this stage of liver cancer.”
We give ALL the glory to Jesus for this tremendous miracle and thank ALL those who have held up Susie in prayer during this ordeal. Psalm 118:17 “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.”
Susie will always share her testimony of healing where ever we go, especially in Japan, and around the world.
