Some Prophetic Insights for California:
On Wednesday, the Lord
showed me a vision. In the vision I saw the angel named Winds of Change. He was
blowing in the wind and he had with him 3 garments. They were blowing in the
winds with him. One garment was purple, one garment was green, and one garment
was blue. I immediately knew that these 3 garments represented 3 months, and
that over the 3 months, there were different revelations that God would release
to further clothe us with Himself. The 3 colors are represented of those
different revelations that would be given to us likened as to being garments or
impartations that would further clothe us in His fullness that He is preparing
us for. The Lord is offering them to those who are willing to embrace more of
the Winds of Change.
The garments are as
follows:
Purple: April Green: May Blue: June
Then tonight at the prayer
watch at church, we felt led to pray for California
the whole 2 hour watch. The Lord began to show us more:
I saw the state of California laid out
flat, and there were angels digging in the ground with shovels and they were
looking for ore and jewels. In 3 areas, the angels found jewels.
1 hole they dug brought
forth purple Amethyst stones.
1 hole they dug brought
forth green Emerald stones.
1 hole they dug brought
forth blue Sapphire stones.
I'm sure you see the same
theme running here all week.........3 areas, 3 colors, etc.....
Then the Lord showed us the
state of California
again.
This time is was flat and a man's form was lying down on the state.
The head and shoulders of
the man was in the top 1/3rd of California
The shoulders to the loins
was in the middle 1/3rd of California
The loins to the feet was
in the lower 1/3rd of California.
The Lord took us to the map
on or wall and showed it to us as follows:
Head area: From northern
border to Sacramento
Chest/heart area: From Sacramento to Bakersfield
Legs and feet area: From Bakersfield to Bottom border of California.

The Lord then showed us His
desire for each of the 3 parts of California
in regards to His Body that dwells in California:
The Headship:
The Head and shoulders of
the man shape over the top 1/3rd of the state represents the headship of
Christ. The Lord has been dealing very strongly with the Body to get out of
their heads and into their spirits, so they can hear Him and move into what he
wants to in their area. He wants to come and sit on the leadership with His
Government now, but they must apprehend their wisdom from above, so they can
release it to the Body all over.
The Living Stones:
The Heart and spirit area
of the man shape over the middle 1/3rd of the state represents the Spiritual
Church - see Hebrews 12- that He wants to birth forth now, to enable the entire
heart of California to now beat with the Lords heartbeat and purposes for her.
A great change is going to now come to the heart of California to jumpstart the states heart.
The Priesthood:
The feet area, the stature
of the Body, of the man shape over the bottom 1/3rd of the state represents the
desire that the Body would now mature and step into the fullness of the stature
of the measure of Jesus Christ, and for them to stand up in faith and believe
the promises of God for California, and then to take the steps necessary to
apprehend them.
When they do choose to
believe it, and they stand up in faith, the whole Body (state) will be pushed
upward till the head of the state is pushed up into the clouds, the heavenlies,
to see her prophetic destiny, then the whole Body will know what to do, because
the Head will be in the Spirit, but it will take all 3 parts to awaken and move
now with God.
The 3 colored stones,
represent the months of April, May and June......now, and they have a window
open to now apprehend the promises- the stones buried in their foundations- and
they will if they will believe and move with God, and step out in faith and act
in response to the Lord's instructions to them over the next 3 months.
Purple: The Spirit of the
Fear of the Lord
Green: The Spirit of the
Lord
Blue: The Spirit of
Understanding
Isaiah 11:1 A shoot will
come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.
2 The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him— the Spirit of wisdom and of
understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the
knowledge and fear of the LORD—3 and he will delight in the fear of the
LORD. He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by
what he hears with his ears; 4 but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with
justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the
earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay
the wicked.5 Righteousness will be his belt and faithfulness the sash
around his waist. 6 The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard
will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling
together; and a little child will lead them. 7 The cow will feed with the
bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw
like the ox. 8 The infant will play near the cobra’s den, the young child
will put its hand into the viper’s nest. 9 They will neither harm nor
destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be filled with the
knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea. 10 In that day
the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will
rally to him, and his resting place will be glorious. 11 In that day the
Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the surviving remnant of
his people from Assyria, from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt, from Cush, from
Elam, from Babylonia, from Hamath and from the islands of the Mediterranean.
Remember, the Year 2011 was
the Line drawn in the Sand. The Bridge Year- Crossing us into the New Year of the
Lord's Government- 2012- that now brings forth the removal of that which is
old, and the bringing forth of that which the Lord will now establish with the
church and within the nations.
2012-2036: 24 years of the
Government of God now emerging in the Church.
Today, in the prayer watch
also, the lord spoke regarding the 11:11 revelations that we have been speaking
on for many years now. The Isaiah 11:11 mandate of the final great harvest has
been initiated and is now breaking forth in small areas and degrees, but with
the Winds of Change, more and tumultuous changes will occur to accelerate
Heaven's mandates into God's timing and purposes.
Isaiah 22:22 is now in
force.
Isaiah 22:20And in that day
I will call My servant, Eliakim son of Hilkiah. 21And I will clothe him with
your robe and will bind your girdle on him and will commit your authority to
his hand; he shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem
and to the house of Judah.
22And the key of the house of David I will lay upon his shoulder; he shall
open and no one shall shut, he shall shut and no one shall open. 23And I
will fasten him like a peg or nail in a firm place; and he will become a throne
of honor and glory to his father's house. 24And they will hang on him the honor
and the whole weight of [responsibility for] his father's house: the offspring
and issue [of the family, high and low], every small vessel, from the cups even
to all the flasks and big bulging bottles. 25In that day, says the Lord of
hosts, the nail or peg that was fastened into the sure place shall give way and
be moved and be hewn down and fall, and the burden that was upon it shall be
cut off; for the Lord has spoken it.
Pastor Kang, this is why
the Lord moved upon Pat and I to give you the golden key, and when we laid prophetically
hands upon you to establish the fallen tent of David in your area. It is time
for the church to go up to the next level.
No longer 11:11, but now
22:22. Greater authority and responsibility to build up His Church/Regions and
their inheritances in Christ.
California has the
authority in this 3 month window to birth forth all of her inheritance and to
use the Keys of the Kingdom to do this, as they unite with Christ and each
other in His Covenant relationship. He will break her through by the Winds of
Change and the angel Breakthrough. They are moving in your areas now. It is California's time to
step through to the next level, so to speak......
Isaiah 9:6 For to us a
Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder,
and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting
Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace.
Revelations 3:7 "And
to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: 'The words of the holy one,
the true one, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, who
shuts and no one opens.
One other thought: God is
highlighting cities where great winds of change will come to bring healing and
glory:
Regarding Bakersfield, the city that borders the heart
and the feet area:
The Lord brought to me the
picture of the Baker being brought out of the prison where Joseph was and being
hanged by the king. "Bakers-field" The Lord showed us that there is a
stronghold of spiritual bloodshed in that heart and feet area that keeps it
from flowing in intimacy and union with the Lord and each other.
Genesis 40:16When the chief
baker saw that the interpretation was good, he said to Joseph, I also dreamed,
and behold, I had three cake baskets on my head. 17And in the uppermost basket
were some of all kinds of baked food for Pharaoh, but the birds [of prey] were
eating out of the basket on my head. 18And Joseph answered, This is the
interpretation of it: The three baskets are three days. 19Within three days
Pharaoh will lift up your head but will have you beheaded and hung on a tree,
and [you will not so much as be given burial, but] the birds will eat your
flesh. 20And on the third day, Pharaoh's birthday, he made a feast for all his
servants; and he lifted up the heads of the chief butler and the chief baker
[by inviting them also] among his servants. 21And he restored the chief butler
to his butlership, and the butler gave the cup into Pharaoh's hand; 22But
[Pharaoh] hanged the chief baker, as Joseph had interpreted to them.
The Baker, the reason he
was imprisoned was because he had poisoned the bread.......
We know
prophetically that bread is the Word, the teaching, the truth, and
discipleship.......also shows that leaders are not feeding the truth to the
people. Tainted bread......leaven........also is seen as disunity, discord,
brokenness between believers, and areas in the body......
Notice the 3 days
above.......similar to the 3 months.....and the 3 colored garments......timing! Joseph was brought out
later, after this. God timed everything to His Purposes.
"Bakers-field" =
"Potters-field"
Matthew 27:6 But the chief
priests, picking up the pieces of silver, said, It is not legal to put these in
the [consecrated] treasury, for it is the price of blood. 7 So after
consultation they bought with them [the pieces of silver] the potter's field
[as a place] in which to bury strangers. 8 Therefore that piece of ground has
been called the Field of Blood to the present day.
Also, the part above about
the head of the man must be pushed up into the clouds by the body is further
illustrated in:
TOMMY HICKS VISION – 1961
“As the vision appeared to me, after I was asleep, I suddenly found myself in a great distance. Where I was, I do not know, but as I was looking down upon the earth, suddenly the whole world came into view: every nation, every kindred, every tongue came before my sight, from the east and the west, from the north and the south. And I recognized every country and many cities that I had been in. I was almost in fear and trembling as I stood beholding the great sight before me. At that moment, when the world came into view, it began to lightning and thunder. As the lightning flashed over the face of the earth, my eyes went downward – and I was facing north.”
“Suddenly I beheld what looked like a great giant; and as I stared and looked at it, I was almost bewildered by the sight. It was so gigantic and was so great in stature; his feet seemed to reach to the north pole and his head to the south; his arms were stretched from sea to sea. I could not even begin to understand whether this was a mountain or whether this be a giant, but as I watched it, I suddenly beheld this great giant. I could see it was struggling for life, to even live. His body was covered with debris from head to foot. At times this great giant would move its body and act as if it would even rise up. When it did, thousands of little creatures seemed to run away – hideous looking creatures would run away from this giant. When he would become calm, they would come back. All of a sudden this great giant lifted his hand toward the heavens, and then it lifted its other hand. When it did, these creatures by the thousands seemed to flee away from this giant and go out into the darkness.”
“Slowly this great giant began to rise, and as he did, his head and hands went into the clouds. As he arose to his feet, he seemed to have cleansed himself from the debris and filth that was upon him, and he began to raise his hands into the heavens as though praising the Lord. As he raised his hands it wan even unto the clouds. Suddenly every cloud became silver, the most beautiful silver I have ever known. As I watched the phenomenon, it was so great; I could not even begin to understand what it all meant. I was so stirred as I watched it, and I cried unto the Lord, and said, “Oh Lord, what is the meaning of this?” It felt as if I was actually in the Spirit, and could feel the presence of the Lord even as I was asleep. From those clouds suddenly there came great drops of liquid light raining down upon this mighty giant, and slowly, slowly, this giant began to melt – began to sink, as it were, into the very earth itself. As he melted, his whole form seemed to have melted upon the face of the earth, and this great rain began to come down; liquid drops of light, as it were, began to flood the very earth itself. As I watch this giant that seemed to melt, suddenly it became millions of people over the face of the earth. As I beheld the sight before me, people stood up over the world. They were lifting their hands and they were praising the Lord.”
“At that very moment there came a great thunder that seemed to roar from the heavens. I turned my eyes toward the heavens, and suddenly I saw a figure in white, in glistening white – the most glorious thing that I have ever seen in all my life. I did not see the face, but somehow I knew that it was the Lord Jesus Christ. He stretched forth His hand upon the peoples and nations of the world, men and women. As He pointed toward them, this liquid light seemed to flow from His hand into these persons, and a mighty anointing of God came upon them, and those people began to go forth in the name of the Lord. And this is the miracle of it – this is the glorious miracle of it – those people would stretch forth their hands exactly as the Lord did, and it seemed that there was the same liquid fire in their hands. As they stretched forth their hands, they said, “According to my word, be thou made whole.” As these people continued in this mighty ministry, I did not fully realize what it was. And I looked to the Lord and said, “What is the meaning of this?” And He said, “This is that that I will do in the last days. I will restore all that the cankerworm, the palmerworm, the caterpillar – I will restore all that they have destroyed. This, My people in the end-time, shall go forth. As a mighty army shall they sweep over the face of the earth.”
“One of the things that seemed remarkable – after I had reviewed the vision so many times in my mind – I never saw a church and I never saw or heard anything of a denomination, but these people were going in the Name of the Lord of hosts. Hallelujah! As they marched forward, everything they did was the ministry of Christ. These people were ministering to the multitudes over the face of the earth. Tens of thousands, yea, millions came to the Lord Jesus Christ as these people stood forth and gave the message of the Kingdom – of the coming of the Kingdom – in this hour.”
“Suddenly there was another loud clap of thunder that seemed to resound around the world. I heard again the voice, the voice that seemed to speak: “Now, this is My people. This is My beloved bride.” When the voice spoke, I looked upon the earth and I could see the lakes and the mountains. The graves were opened and people from all over the world, the saints of all ages, seemed to be rising, and as they rose from the graves, suddenly all these people came from every direction and they seemed to be forming again this gigantic body. I could hardly comprehend it, it was so marvelous – it was so far beyond anything I could ever dream or think of. But, as this body suddenly began to form – it took shape again in the form of this mighty giant – this time it was different. It was arrayed in the most beautiful, gorgeous white – its garments were without spot or wrinkle – as this body began to form. The people of all ages appeared to be gathering into this body. Slowly, slowly, as it formed up into the very heavens, suddenly from the heavens above the Lord Jesus came – became the Head. I heard another clap of thunder that said, “This is My beloved Bride for whom I have waited. She will come forth, even tried by fire. This is she that I have loved from the beginning of time” - end quote.
The final part:
If you place the same man shape upon the map of the U.S., the head and shoulders would be in the East, the heart and spirit of the man would be in the Oklahoma/Arkansas/Missouri areas, and the feet would be on the West Coast.....
Same revelation and application applies here.......we are in the East, the Headship area, and you are the feet of the national body of Christ, so to speak.
When California stands up in the Glory, then it will push up the Heartland and the East Coast, the whole nation into the clouds to see her true destiny, so that she (we) can become it...........as California goes, so goes the nation.......
So, stand up California, you are the Forerunner and the Legs to our Destiny.......put your feet to it, so that we all can!!!
