I Have Waited For You

“I Have Waited For You”

As I was lying in bed after the meeting, I saw Patrick and I were walking in the later part of day, it was around dusk. We had walked up to a large ancient foundation of some sort. It had been lying there for a long time. It was overgrown with plants and things. Parts of it were broken up and some of it was rubble. Some of it was still in bigger chunks. It had obviously been a great building at one time. I walked on ahead further and came up to a section that looked like a “V” or a large crack or even a cleft. I peered into it as we were passing it, and as I did, I was startled. Inside the crack was a very ancient eagle. I then looked closer but I realized it wasn’t an eagle, but something entirely different. It was an unusual being that was actually many things all in one created being. His eyes were large and luminous, shining. I was gripped by his gaze and was struck by his ancient age and his sober presence. The ancient being nodded, and he said to me, “I have waited for you.” This was said to me with such force that I was taken aback. With that statement, I instantly knew that He had waited for many generations for those who would one day come here like this. That we are part of a generation that would now be the repairers of the ancient foundations of God’s House that is lying in total disarray and neglect. I also knew that God had waited for us to fully mature and to come to Him with a redemptive heart to not only heal, but to redeem that which had been lost. God has waited for us! This made my heart burn inside of me. His eyes burned into mine as he watched me grasp this understanding, and He knew that I would also do my part. I nodded yes. - The end.

I then got up and looked up the term, “I have waited:”

1 Peter 3:20 who one time were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah while the ark was being prepared, wherein few, (that is, eight souls) were saved by water.  ESV

Romans 3:25 God showed that Christ is the throne of mercy where God’s approval is given through faith in Christ’s blood. In his patience God waited to deal with sins committed in the past.  GWT

Romans 3:26 He waited so that he could display his approval at the present time. This shows that he is a God of justice, a God who approves of people who believe in Jesus.  GWT

Romans 9:23 He waited with patience so that he could make known his rich glory to the people who receive his mercy. He has prepared these people to have his glory,   NCV

Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; 2 to proclaim the year of the LORD’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God;  to comfort all who mourn; 3 to grant to those who mourn in Zion— to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he may be glorified. 4 They shall build up the ancient ruins; they shall raise up the former devastations; they shall repair the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations. 5 Strangers shall stand and tend your flocks; foreigners shall be your plowmen and vinedressers; 6 but you shall be called the priests of the LORD; they shall speak of you as the ministers of our God; you shall eat the wealth of the nations, and in their glory you shall boast. 7 Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy.

Isaiah 58:12 And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; you shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in.

For 2 nights in a row, the Lord has had me wake up at the same time, 5:13 am and 5:15 am.

Ephesians 5:13 But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible, 14 for anything that becomes visible is light. Therefore it says, "Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you." 15 Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, 16 making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.

The Light of God is coming upon a sleeping church, to awaken her, to cleanse and prepare her, and to instruct her with what she needs for this important hour before her. It is time to understand the Will of the Lord and the Time of the Lord.
