The Heavenly Council Room Visitation
on the Watch: 07-08-13
Partial excerpt of opening prayer:
Lord, we surrender our will to you. The will of our
soul, the will of our spirit, and the will of our flesh. We surrender to you
our King. Come and take possession of us this morning. Come and take your seat
in us, and we will take our seat in you, in that place of rest today on the
watch. Lord, we step in to your Presence. We step into that heavenly prayer
room. We step in to pray with you, to pray with the saints that are in heaven,
with the angels, and with the cloud of witnesses. Lord, that we might stand
among the ranks of all that have ever been, and pray with them again today.
Lord, we long to pray as you pray. Holy Spirit, you are the Intercessor. You are
the one that reveals the heart of the Father, and the Son to us. Pray through
us today, Holy Spirit, take us over. For we know not how to pray, reveal to our
minds the things that you desire today. Invigorate us in prayer. Strengthen us
in prayer.
Blow upon us, Lord, let a greater wind of prayer sweep
over us. Let a greater wind of prayer sweep over this nation, Lord, over your
church, over your people. Wake us up, Lord! Let the nation begin to stir. Let
her begin to get up on her feet. Let her begin to get her head in the clouds.
Let her begin to seek your Face. Let her begin to perceive your Grace. Right
now, we have a Grace to pray. We have a grace to get in and intercede. Lord, we
long to get in that place, before you shut that Door of Prayer Grace. Lord, we
want to get in now while its easy. We want to get in now while its available,
Lord. So we thank you Lord, for moving on your people, for your Burden coming
down and resting on your people, that your Will would be found in this hour!
Lord, that we would not miss the door! We would not miss what's available right
now! But Lord, that we would run! We would run in that door!
Lord we thank you, that you are imparting to us all of
the Graces that we need. All of the Strength, and all of the Wisdom. All of the
Knowledge, and all of the Understanding. All of the Faith, Lord. All of the
things that you want us to apprehend. We are getting up, and we are getting in!
You are awakening our hearts again today. Lord, wake us up more! Let every one
of our cells begin to cry out to you! Let every one of our atoms begin to
vibrate with you! Let every part of our DNA begin to look like you, and
resonate like you! Let our whole being come alive to you, Lord, in prayer!
Because if you can find something that looks like you on the earth, you will
rest on it. You will sit on it. You will come to it. That's us, Lord, we are
Your Habitation! Come, and sit on us in prayer today, Lord.
The Lord speaks:
"You are right, I have opened a great door in
your sight, and this is a Door of great, great Might! It is a Door of your
right to stand in My Presence in prayer! I have this Door, and it's been opened
everywhere, and it's available to all to access and climb those stairs. But
only those who care, will come. They will perceive My Door, and will come to My
Higher Floor. I have hidden it from the wise among men. I have hidden it from
the proud. I have hidden it from those in sin. But it is open to those that
have cried out. It is open to those that seek Me out. I have granted access to
My Face, and this is the greatest of My Grace, to be face to face. I long that
My Children would wake up, would get up, would shake themselves, and stand on
their feet, and look at the higher seat! I am calling My people to go higher,
for time has been given to you, but the door has only been accessed by few.
This cannot stay the same, it must increase! My Spirit is crying out in My
House, Come! Come! Come!"
"I long that My Will would be done on earth, but
it must be done in heaven! You must access My Floors more! You must seek My
Will in heaven, and it shall be done on earth! You must agree with My Will in
heaven, and it shall unfold on earth! You must give it birth! I have assigned
to you this door, and this floor, because you are My Children that pray and
walk with Me, you are My Friends of great Intimacy. I have anointed you with
this grace, for this day and hour, but there must be more! There must be more
that come to this Higher Floor! There must be more that keep My Door! That keep
My Gate! That keep My Ways! There are great and fearsome days in the days
ahead, and many are not seeking My Bread! But you must pray for them in their
stead! You must bear them up before Me, and cry out to Me for them, so that I
can help them enter in, for I shall not always keep this door open unto them!
It is open to you, and it will always be open to you, but it shall not always
be open to those that I am striving with in this day! If they do not enter in
all the way, it shall shut before them, because I am calling My People in to
abide with Me!"
"My Burdens shall increase. I shall strive with
many, and they shall have no peace. But you shall walk in My Release, and you
shall walk with Me in the Flames of Intimacy! You shall walk with Me in that
Furnace of Prayer, and you shall know My Voice everywhere! You have caught My
Desire. You have My Inner Fire, but lift up My People to Me, for many shall
perish in their complacency! They shall perish, but I shall call out to them
again. I shall wrestle more! I shall strive, until I close the Door. I am
calling you to prayer! Lift up the Wall of Prayer everywhere! Lift up that
Covering Shield of Saving Faith, that I might save many in this hour! Use My
Blood, and use My Name, and use My Power! For upon you, My Word has great
power, and you can cover them, as I deal with them, and I shall spare them, if
they will open to Me! I am going to shake My Church out of her complacency, for
she must pray that she would not enter into temptation this day, for things
shall come to lure them away! Things shall come to attempt to bring my people
into disarray! But I say, stay! Stand at your command, My Children! Stand in My
Presence! Take My Hand in Prayer, and walk with Me!"
"I have Wisdom, Council, and Understanding for
you to give to many, though right now you are few. I shall provide for you. I
shall strengthen you. I shall inspire you, and I shall stir you more! I have
made you Vessels of War, and you shall fight for My People! You shall fight for
My Harvest! You shall fight for My Creation, with Me! I am in the door of this
city. I am in the door of this house. I am in the door of your heart. I am
flowing in and out with you, as you come and go with Me.
Susan: We are then taken into the heavenly Council
Room:
I see the heavenly room that we are in. It is a round
room, with many stone-looking columns on the outside edges. It has many seats
positioned all around, in a circular formation. It also has platforms. We are
standing in one of His Council Rooms. It is one of the Rooms in His House of
Prayer in Heaven. This room is a Council Room, and it is where we stand in His
Council in prayer. This room is round, and I see people coming in, and they are
all dressed in different garments, but they are all very resolute in their
demeanor, and focus. They just carry the Weight of the Lords Heart and Concern
for the earth. The Lord has brought us into His Council Chambers. Some of the
people are standing, and some are taking their seats, but all are quiet and
reverent before the Lord as they enter.
You can feel the atmosphere of the room. You can see
the Spirit in the air. I don't know how to describe it, but His Being is in the
air, He is the air. He is everything. He is with us. He is among us. He is in
us. He is through us. The whole Council Room is filled with Him! We are
standing there among the people. The Lord has taken us into that Higher Council
Chamber. There is a great desk and chair there, much like what a courtroom on
earth would have. There are Elders that sit at these places of council, and the
Lord also sits there. Different ones will sit there, depending upon the council
that is needed. Today, the Lord is sitting at the Council Seat. He is looking
at all that are coming in today, to seek His council and to pray. The Lord
longs that His Houses of Prayer would be filled, and His Chambers would be
filled, and His Courts would be inquired in. He longs that His People would
seek Him! He longs that His People would search things out, and look into the
deeper things.
I see a Book on the desk. It is part of the Wisdom of
the Ages, for there are many books in the Wisdom of the Ages. But this one has
a "2" on the cover, and it is gold. The Lord is opening the cover of
the book, and as He does, all of this light comes out of the book, and stars
begin to come out of the book. It released a fresh release of heavenly things
that began to lift off of the pages, and He began to turn to cover. All of
these heavenly things began to lift off. When they lifted off the pages, they
became part of the atmosphere. It's part of the Lord, for He is our Council. He
is the Word, and every time we turn a page, He gives us the next impartation, it's
more of Himself! It's more of His Revelation! It's more of the Divine opening
up to us, and becoming a part of us, and being added to us.
The Divine coming into us, changing us more, filling
us more, increasing us more. His Council is being added to us as we are
standing in His Presence. His very Being is increasing, and it is going into
us, and the light in the room is just increasing with every turn of His Pages,
the light increases. It's being added to us in stages, because we can't take
the Fullness of the Revelation of Him. We can't take the increase of His Light,
it's only in degrees, and in stages. He is showing it to us like pages in a
book. As we look into Him, into that Law of Liberty, into who He is in His
Word, and in the Spirit of Prayer, we receive more council, more wisdom, more
is put into us, to draw from today. More is revealed to us by the Spirit, that
we can pray.
I see the Cloud
now coming out of the page. The Cloud is beginning to come around our heads,
and beginning to envelop us. He is taking us higher in understanding. He is
beginning to infuse our soul with the heavenly, with the mind of God, the
thoughts of God, the council of God, the words of God are going into our very
soul to quicken it too. Our heads must be in the clouds. We must be heavenly
minded. We are not just spiritual beings, we are heavenly beings. We are the
Hebrews 12 Church, the Heavenly
Church
His Lightning is flashing inside the cloud. His
Lightning is striking our very beings within us. It is striking what looks like
little molecules that are being added to us, to quicken them within us. He is
activating Revelation. He is activating Revelation so that we can receive it,
and expand in it, and with it, so that as he reveals more, we can let it pour.
It is not our revelation, it's the Revelation of Him to men, because He wants
us to pray a higher way. In His Council, we can get a Word.
In Jeremiah 23, it says: 22 But if they had stood in
My council, then they would have caused My people to hear My words, then they
would have turned them [My people] from their evil way and from the evil of
their doings.
Who will obtain a Word for His People in this hour that
would be a benefit to them? That would strengthen them, encourage them? Who are
those that would come, and get those Words of Life, Words of Wisdom? Words to
sustain them, and help them, and build them? Where are the People that would do
this? Where are those that would long for His Courts, that would long for His
Books, that would long to look with Him into the things that are about to
begin? Where are they? We are here, Lord. We receive from your Spirit, into our
spirit, and into our soul. Let those pages unroll more, Lord! Let them open,
and let the heavenly come out into our being, and impart to us the stages of
Understanding that we need to glean from, Lord, for the days ahead. Let it just
pour out of our spirit. Let it water us, and water others. We love your Council
Chambers, Lord........
I see the saints that are in the Council Room are
smiling. The angels that are in the Council Room with us are nodding. They are
all in agreement, because they agree in prayer for us everyday, whether we pray
or not. They are praying for us. Thank you, Father. I see the Father now come
into the Chambers. He is entering through the door, and He is clothed with
great Glory, flashing lights, and is so radiant. The eyes are swirling all
around Him. See, when we seek the Father, then He comes. We have sought His
Council. He has this thing in His hand. It's an instrument. It's an instrument
of authority, and He is holding it out to all who are on the Watch with Him in
the Spirit today, and great emanations are coming out of it. It fills the whole
Council Chamber with great Light and also Life. It's getting brighter and
brighter, and we are all becoming part of that Light. It's going into us, but
it is also filling the room. We are being Filled and Flooded with the Knowledge
of Him. Because we have sought His Council, we have sought Him, we have come
just to stand in prayer with Him, and He responds to those who inquire of Him.
I see His feet through the radiance, and I see the
bottom part of His garment. The part of His feet that I see just shine! There
is so much light! But the Father is very concerned. He is very concerned. There
must be more concern among men! There must be more concern in the church! There
must be more of His burdens lifted up to Him, to change the things that are
coming! There more must be standing on His Prayer Floor! There must be more
coming into His Council Chambers to seek His Will! There must be more, for
great things are about to pour! His Heart is longing for more to come! There
must be an increase of prayer! There must be more seeking His Council
everywhere! There must be more that agree with His Word in the heavens, so that
it can be done on the earth! There must be more, to shift and bring more light
to the earth!
I see His Hand coming out of the great Light. He is
holding His Hand out to us. His Hand is extended to us in invitation, but also
in acceptance, because all that come to Him, He receives them. He is taking
your hand today. I don't know how to describe this, but, the eyes that are
swirling all around Him, it's like those very eyes are going through His Hand
into us. He is imparting a greater depth of Wisdom and Council to us, as we
come into agreement with Him, He is releasing more Council, more Depth. More
degrees of Understanding. He's imparting to us a Higher Wisdom to enable us to
dispense more, to people who are about to go through very hard things. He is
imparting to us that Higher Wisdom. We must get this from Him, everyday. We
must come to Him more! He has a Grace for each day. He has a Portion to pour,
as we come.
1 Corinthians 2:6 Yet when we are among the full-grown
(spiritually mature Christians who are ripe in understanding), we do impart a
[higher] wisdom (the knowledge of the divine plan previously hidden); but it is
indeed not a wisdom of this present age or of this world nor of the leaders and
rulers of this age, who are being brought to nothing and are doomed to pass
away. 7 But rather what we are setting forth is a wisdom of God once hidden
[from the human understanding] and now revealed to us by God--[that wisdom]
which God devised and decreed before the ages for our glorification [to lift us
into the glory of His presence].
His eyes are always in the earth. His eyes are always
looking through us, but we need more of His Council everyday. We need more of
His Wisdom! We need to expand, and receive, and grow up into the Knowledge of
Him! He is awakening us more, and His Hand is extended to all that will come.
To all that will come to Him, to seek Him, to inquire of Him, to look for Him
and desire Him. The whole room is filled with Him. He is everywhere, and He is
in everything. He is all in all! We are complete in Him, as we stand in this
place! We are One, before His Face!
He is putting His Hand now on your heads. Light is
going into our heads. He is illuminating us. I don't know how to say this, but
it is like bread going into our heads. It's like parts of Him, like pieces of
bread, coming out of the light; or pieces of light, and those pieces of light
are like bread going into our heads. He is feeding our souls with the Knowledge
of Him. He is pouring into our intellect, a capability and an expansion, to
perceive Him, and receive more of Him, and to become more like Him, even in our
soul, in our reasoning's, in our faculties.
I see His Hand, and He still has on the silver ring,
with the emerald stone in the silver setting, that I always see Him wearing. I
hear voices coming out of Him, out of His very being. You can hear His Spirit
speaking. His very Person is speaking. All around Him, you can hear the voices
of His Spirit. His Council is always speaking in the earth. It's always
speaking in Heaven, but we don't always hear the sound of His Voice. We don't
always listen. We don't always receive it, or believe it. He wants us to
embrace Him more. He wants us to take heed to His Voice more, to listen. To
long for His Voice. To long for His Courts! To hunger for Him more! He created
man to be with Him!
Now I see the Cloud billowing back, and compressing,
and receding, and the Light retracting some, and He begins to leave the room.
he came in to bless us. I see one of the Elders presiding at the chair now. I
see the saints there praying, and talking, and communing, and worshipping, and
they are all moving through the room with the Lord, in various manners, all
moving in the Council of God. They are all moving in the impartation they
received, they are flowing in it. They are stirring the Councils of the Lord,
and they are releasing it to the earth, and to all that come in here to receive
it. Then we bring it back down here, to earth. We give it out each day that we
come up here to pray, there is a new measure given to us for that day. things
to pray, but also things that need to be said to people. This is our daily bread!
The Bread that goes into our head! The Bread that is given from His Council
Chambers! This is all a picture of the Lord's Prayer!
Matthew 6:9 Pray, therefore, like this: Our Father Who
is in heaven, hallowed (kept holy) be Your name. 10 Your kingdom come, Your
will be done on earth as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven (left, remitted, and let
go of the debts, and have given up resentment against) our debtors. 13 And lead
(bring) us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is
the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
That comes from His Council! That comes from the Bread
of His Word that He puts within our heads, and our spirits, and then we pray it
forth, and agree with it in heaven, and it's done on earth! This is all His
Council Chamber; it's the prayer from His Council, because it releases
Repentance and Forgiveness. Forgiving others that have ought against us.
Dispensing judgment in the earth. Jesus taught them prayer from His Chambers.
It is a Prophetic Picture of the House of Prayer and the Council of God, and
the things that are given by the Father in the Chamber. But we must receive
that measure, each time that we come to Him, because it is a Daily Bread, given
to us! His Council must be done in heaven, and agreed with, so that it can be
done on earth, and we are the ones that give it birth.
As we were walking around the room praying in tongues:
I saw that we were walking around many great white
eagles, that were also walking in prayer with us. The eagles were about 6-7
feet tall. They were very powerful. They had a very fierce countenance. They
had great authority, but I also felt great love pouring out to us from them.
Out of the eagles bodies came forth a rich fragrance. The fragrance was the
fragrance of the Lord's heart. It poured from them into the room among us, as
we prayed. The fragrance was like light that went into us. It enriched our own
fragrance, so that what was released from us in prayer, was mixed with theirs,
and it became one aroma to the Lord. Our
hearts began to open as we all lifted our voices in prayer and worship to the
Lord, and the contents of our hearts and our prayers, were swirling upwards as
fragrant light to the Lord. It became a very dense cloud of light and
fragrance, that hovered over us all for awhile, and when it created enough of
our light and our prayers, it began to billow into a rich substance. It then
billowed upwards, all the way to the Lord on the Throne. After it rose to the throne, I saw white
pearls of light descend from the throne, back down to us into the room. The
pearls shined with His Light. The eagles began to eat them as their bread. I
also did what the eagles did, and I ate the pearls of white light too. It
filled me with more of Him. As we give ourselves more to Him in prayer and
worship, He also gives us more of Himself, because He is our daily bread! He is
the Pearl Pearl
2 Corinthians 2:14 But thanks be to God, Who in Christ
always leads us in triumph [as trophies of Christ's victory] and through us
spreads and makes evident the fragrance of the knowledge of God everywhere, 15
For we are the sweet fragrance of Christ [which exhales] unto God, [discernible
alike] among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing:
Revelations 5:8 And when He had taken the scroll, the
four living creatures and the twenty-four elders [of the heavenly Sanhedrin]
prostrated themselves before the Lamb. Each was holding a harp (lute or
guitar), and they had golden bowls full of incense (fragrant spices and gums
for burning), which are the prayers of God's people (the saints).
